Engineering Precision Over Speed

We are building infrastructure that financial institutions depend on for regulatory compliance. A bug in a goAML export is not a UX issue — it is a regulatory violation. We think carefully. We test thoroughly. We ship when it is right.

Domain Knowledge Is Not Optional

You do not need to have worked in a bank. But you do need to care about understanding why the CBN structures its mandates the way it does, what an NFIU audit actually looks like, and why a 15-second identity check latency is unacceptable on payday. Curiosity about the domain is a minimum requirement.

Low Ego, High Output

We are a small team. There is no room for politics, credit-seeking, or territorial thinking. Everyone owns their work completely and helps where they are needed. If the architecture is wrong, say so. If someone else is right, say that too.
